During my year-long contract, I joined the design team supporting Pinterest Academy and strengthened it by hiring two designers and establishing clear, repeatable workflows across internal partners and external agencies. Together, we launched brand campaigns for Pinterest’s e-learning and certifications initiatives and rolled out a new business website that attracted thousands of users—driving more certifications and course completions. Throughout, we shaped content to both teach and inspire: showing creators and marketers how to drive shopping on Pinterest, reach their dream customers, and power up performance with AI.
